Credible Messenger Leadership Training – Bridgeton, NJ
PTLC provides Credible Messenger Leadership Training in Bridgeton, NJ to equip mentors and community leaders with the tools to guide youth through transformational relationships. The training focuses on personal growth, emotional intelligence, and leadership credibility.
Junior Credible Messenger Training
PTLC also leads Junior Credible Messenger sessions for youth, helping them strengthen self-leadership, decision-making, and communication. These sessions prepare young leaders to become positive influences in their schools, families, and neighborhoods.
Executive Leadership Workshop – Grand Lodge of New Jersey
Progressive Traditions Leadership and Coaching was honored to facilitate a customized Executive Leadership Workshop for the elected officers and district leaders of the Grand Lodge of New Jersey.
Leadership in Action: Charity Foundation Gala & Congressional Support
Progressive Traditions Leadership and Coaching had the distinct privilege of speaking at a major Charity Foundation Gala, where Coach Mike shared our leadership mission with a powerful audience.
At the event, Congressman Donald Norcross (New Jersey 1st District), a longtime advocate for South Jersey and community advancement - confirmed his support and donation, underscoring the impact leadership development holds for civic and organizational growth.
Progressive Traditions Leadership and Coaching partnered with The Arc Middlesex County to deliver a customized leadership workshop titled “Focus on Growth, Not Goals.”
Coach Mike led participants through a powerful experience anchored in John Maxwell’s Law of Intentionality and the belief that growth is the path that fuels every great goal.
Progressive Traditions Leadership and Coaching was honored to lead a Statewide Leadership Seminar for the Grand Lodge F&AM of New Jersey, bringing together officers and members from across the jurisdiction under the theme:

Youth Speaker Series – Atlantic & Cape May County Probation Department

As part of the Youth Speaker Series, Coach Mike was invited to speak to justice-involved youth and young adults supported by the Atlantic and Cape May County Probation Department.
In his empowering session titled “The Power of Influence,” Coach Mike delivered a message that blended transparency, challenge, and hope - designed to meet the students where they were while calling them forward with purpose.
